Over the last 2 decades, I have learned a 3PL distribution company starting at the beginning of the warehouse inbound operations, through their inventory and IT, and then made my way to corporate program management and into the corporate finance and billing processes.

I want to collab with small business and use the knowledge I’ve gained with years hands on work experience and figuring it all out by myself, to help fill any gaps in their foundation and overall processes.

My goal is to help small businesses by finding their blind spots, simplifying processes, and eliminating waste within their day to day business.

I learned a LOT, but nothing I presented was ever put into motion.

I’m thinking that this warehouse kid can take that knowledge and help some people that could use it.

Sometimes you don’t need or want a consultant telling you how to run your business. You just need someone that thinks outside the box and a fresh set of eyes.
